What Is Notarized

Acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, sworn statements, and other documents requiring notarization under Ohio law.

Each notarization is completed in accordance with current state requirements and proper identification standards.

What Is Not Provided

Legal advice, document drafting, or interpretation of legal language is not provided.

Documents must be prepared prior to the appointment. If notarial wording is missing or incomplete, a compliant Ohio certificate may be attached when

appropriate.

In-Office & Mobile Service

In-office appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Mobile appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM within the designated service area.

Travel outside the primary service area may be available upon request.

Fees & Travel

Notarization fees comply with Ohio state guidelines.

Mobile appointments include a travel fee based on location and time of service. All fees are confirmed prior to appointment confirmation.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Professional Standards

Proper identification, complete documents, and signer presence are required for every notarization.

Each appointment follows established procedure to ensure accuracy and compliance.
